Just had to write a letter to say thank you to all the staff at Helibeds for your prompt delivery of our wonderful bed.
All too often when you see an advert on TV with wild claims of 'immediate delivery' the customer is only disappointed, however, all your staff really know their stuff, and true to your word, I ordered it at midday last Saturday and it was delivered that afternoon, only 4 hours after we had left your Oxford shop!
The old bed was taken away without any fuss, and we are now enjoying the best night sleep for a long time! Bravo HeliBeds!

After responding to your Real Radio advert, and having been in business myself in Kent for many years, it was a pleasure to enter your Store at Morriston and meet your Monday Saleswoman. She was so helpful and spent time with us not knowing she was about to get a sale.
When we decided to purchase a bed and mattress from you, you and your Helibeds Delivery Driver arrived the same day, I was further surprised, in these 'Modern times' with his keenness and interest, and indeed when he refused a 'drink' I told my Partner what great staff you have at Helibeds.

For some time my husband and I have been promising ourselves a new bed, our 33 year old bed was tired and had had enough. Two days ago we visited Helibeds in Chippenham.
We were greeted by your assistant who offered to help us. We chose to be helped and had a guided tour of the beds. There was no pressure to buy, but we had a memorable lesson in mattress construction, and lots of invitations to lie down on the Helibeds range.
After less than an hour we had chosen and paid for an Elgar which was delivered at 4pm (as promised) yesterday, the following day after we bought it!

I am writing to tell you about the very satisfactory experience we had with your Helibeds store in Hereford last weekend.
I first spoke over the phone to David on Saturday morning. It was obvious from what he said and the way he said it that he would be able to advise my wife and I properly about the proposed purchase.
