
Highly recommended. My measure of good service is that, if things go wrong, which they sometimes do, what does the seller do about it. So when Parcelforce delivered my mattress to the wrong address (no fault of Helibeds), Steve, Helibeds’ MD, personally tracked it down and then telephoned to let me know, all within minutes of me getting in touch. Let me repeat that – I emailed the seller and THEY called ME with a resolution! This is pretty much unheard of in these days of dealing with often faceless, uncontactable online companies. Thanks Steve and team, Happy New Year and keep up the good work. PS: the mattress is great and fits our bed settee perfectly 👍🏻
