A brilliant service! We looked for a bed near home in Sussex - there are two bed shops in my town and although both advertise delivery as 'immediate', this in fact means some time within the next couple of weeks. A bed in stock within a few miles of home could therefore not be delivered to me. We then tried Heli-beds, ordered it at 11.00 on a Sunday and it arrived that afternoon. Much better quality than the other beds we had looked at and also cheaper. Thank you!

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to thank you for the excellent service I received from yourself, right from the professional and friendly manner in which you dealt with my order, to the delivery driver contact to notify me of pending delivery, through to the order itself, which I am very pleased with.

The order was for my elderly, disabled mother and it was important for me to have a guaranteed delivery service, same day to save me taking further, unexpected time off work to receive the delivery and assemble the bed - you achieved this brilliantly. Wow what fantastic service, i rang this morning explaning that my mother has broken her leg and needs a bed today. Karina was very helpful in suggesting a suitable bed for her that we could use downstairs. We ordered the bed at 12 o' clock and it was delivered by 3.30. Even the driver was very helpful, he rang to say he would be with us within 30 minutes and he carried it into the house on his own. Many thanks for all the help today. It has taken the stress out of our situation. We would highly recomend your company to anyone.

Guys, what can I say... finally a company that is true to your word. I didn't say when I ordered the mattress that I had lost 2 days work by ordering from one of your competitors. They let me down TWICE and I lost 2 days work as a result. You guys delivered when you said you would on the day you said you would which is better than they did, I got excuse after excuse after excuse and they tried blaming everyone from the supplier they used to the courier who was supposed to deliver the new mattress. Thankfully my exprience with you was quite different so thankyou again. I will recommend your website to everyone I know.

Thanks for rearranging the delivery for me, I am so sorry I wasn;t in when you first tried to arrive. I had to go out on an emergency! The driver was very understanding and helped me carry the bed and mattress inside out of the rain. I really appreciate your service and will definately use you again when i need any more beds. I have ordered beds and mattresses several times over the years from other bed retailers and they often dissapoint when it comes to the delivery service. Dear Mike @ Helibeds, just wanted to send a quick message to say we are very pleased with our new bed. We had been looking for an extra long bed for ages and found getting a 7' long one was not easy. For you to be able to deliver ours in only 9 days is absolutely superb service.
