More commonly known as a sprung base, this layer of springs gives more support for all types of mattress, helping them to last longer but also offers a softer feel for the mattress compared to a normal hard topped bed base.

- This is not a 'Firm edge' base, the springs are across the entire surface, edge to edge.

- The base comes in 2 halves (split up the middle) and clips together.
