HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

Nothing, FREE delivery!
We deliver all items on our website for free.  There are however some more remote areas that can take a few days longer and may cost more, but otherwise delivery is free!  See our delivery map for more information, here

HOW FAST CAN YOU DELIVER?
Every item has an indication as to how quick delivery is. eg '2-3 days' Just look out for the logo on each item in our website.
Many items have the 'Choice of delivery day' logo on them, which means within the checkout process a calendar will appear giving you a choice of delivery days.

All other items that say, '2-3 days', '3-5 days' etc means that this is the number of weekdays in which to expect delivery of your order. Once we have received your order then either ourselves or our delivery partner will contact you either by phone or text to advise of the delivery date.

WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE ON THE CHOSEN DELIVERY DAY?
We strive to ensure you are given as much notice as possible.  Of course, it is important to ensure that the mobile number you provide to us is correct.  All large items such as mattresses, divan beds, bed frames are delivered with a service where the delivery company will contact you to confirm the delivery date and where possible a 3 hour delivery slot. (excludes small, individual purchases such as pillows, and vacuum rolled mattresses).  Tracking info is provided for these smaller items.

DO YOU DELIVER TO THE ROOM OF CHOICE?
Yes, we do. WIth the exception of individual purchases, small items such as pillows, or vacuum rolled mattresses.  Almost all items such as beds, bed frames, mattresses and divan beds are a 2 man delivery to room of choice.

DO YOU ASSEMBLE THE ITEMS IN THE ROOM?
No, we don't.  To help keep the cost down we don't offer an assembly service, but there are many independant and local companies local to you that do offer such services. Although we are not linked in anyway with this company, you could try this company Furniture Assembly Org.

CAN YOU TAKE AWAY THE OLD BED/MATTRESS?

Until recently we offered this service, however, the costs charged now by local Governement, a License to carry controlled Waste, Environment agency annual license, Landfill tax, Refuse waste collection company, dedicated external container storage for olds beds has meant that the actual costs to us is now approx £68, which means, at our low prices we are unable to offer this service (and we don't want to include it in the retail price). Your local council do provide a service for taking away old items, so you can always ask them.

IF I BUY A BED/MATTRESS AND I DON'T LIKE IT CAN I SEND IT BACK?

Once a bed/mattress has been delivered and the packaging removed unfortunately we cannot accept it back.  Due to the Covid, there is a greater awareness of the hygiene safety aspect these days with bed/sleep items. The cost of returning any unwanted items after they have been delivered is borne by the customer under these circumstances. Please see our T&C's for full details.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOUR FIRMNESS RATING.

Firmess ratings can be complicated due to the fact that what might feel firm to one person may feel softer to another. Based on our 30+ years of experience we have rated our mattresses as accurately as possible. And of course it does depend on the type of base the mattress will be placed upon.

Rating 1 = softer feel, this rating is more suitable for use by smaller children or for people with a small/light build.
Rating 2 - medium/soft,  mattress with a 2 rating is slightly firmer/more supportive.
Rating 3 - medium, a mattress witha 3 rating tends to suit most people unless a firmer feel is preferred or if more support is required for a heavier build.
Rating 4 = medium/firm, this rating is popular for people who like a slighly firmer feel but do not want a hard mattress, it still provides a good level of support and is more suitable for people who are average/larger build.
Rating 5 = firm. Always popular, mattresses rated as 5 offer high levels of support but are not so firm as to feel hard.
